The new Etsong Tobacco cigarette manufacturing plant is located in the new industry and high-tech park of Qingdao in Shandong province / Eastern China. Our project management and design services comprise 2 big manufacturing buildings, 1 R&D building, 1 canteen and 1 office building. The land plot has a total size of 33 hectare and is embedded in a valley of distinctive topography, precious vegetation (fruit trees) and natural river courses.We designed the buildings with ascending heights – symbolizing good luck in Chinese (“歩歩高”)The parquet flooring has been designed by factory in Berlin.
